At this time of year the hares are running and jumping and making the most amazing shapes in the air.  This hare is my take on a spring hare running through the fields. A difficult piece to make I’ve pushed the clay to its limits to portray balance and speed.

Made from raku clay and  glazed in a crystallised light brown colour, the crystals ‘pop’ to give him a unique colour.  The hare sits on a beautiful piece of handcrafted English oak.

A unique piece that can’t be replicated, it would make a lovely feature for any room.
